Domenica has more 25 years of sales and marketing experience. With a specialisation in marketing in China, she is in great demand as a public speaker on all elements of Chinese consumer communication.
When not working, you will find Domenica enjoying time with her 6 year old daughter, out on her road bike tacking the Surrey Hills, or practicing yoga.
Stephen Pratley
Stephen PratleyChief Technology Officer
Stephen is our resident expert on converting traffic to customers, and repeat customers.
In charge of the website aspects of our lead generation projects and any customer follow-up through email, SMS and social channels, Stephen is our bridge between marketing and technology.
Debbie Davies
Debbie DaviesGeneral Manager
Debbie has a background in Account Management and Recruitment. She is responsible for managing the day to day running of the office and our suppliers, including HR admin and recruitment, finance admin, event management, travel arrangements and acting as PA to the CEO.
When not at work, you will find Debbie swimming, cycling or running somewhere. She is an ex international synchronised swimmer and has completed 3 Ironman distance triathlons.
Kirstie Wood
Kirstie WoodFinance Director
Kirstie has over 20 years’ experience in finance from a wide range of businesses, from a start-up in the Music Industry to an International Management Consultancy, covering audit and accountancy to management reporting and strategic analysis. She is responsible for all things finance, from day-to-day payments and collections to long term strategy and planning.
Outside of work Kirstie can be found at boot camp, in the gym or in the kitchen practicing her sugar flower and cake decorating skills – when not running around after her two children.
Melody Yeh

Melody has over 10 years Chinese digital experience, and heads up all EC operations.
Melody has extensive experience in media planning and buying across all consumer areas, including retail, eCommerce, food and drink, travel and hospitability, education , to name a few…
When not working you will find Melody enjoying travel, the London music and cultural scene and working for the Red Cross. Her drive to see and experience something new recently witnessed her swimming at the Antarctic in nothing but a bathing costume.
